Russ Cline
CEO and Founder
Russ is celebrating over 23 years as head of the RCA Group, a sports marketing and event management company. Russ brings invaluable expertise and vision to Image Impact^®. His success and experience in the sports and entertainment industry led him to recognize the industry need for the services developed by Image Impact. A co-founder of what is now the National Lacrosse League, Russ was part of the NLL Hall of Fame's inaugural induction class in 2006. Russ also co-owns the NLL's Philadelphia Wings.

Tom Boehm
President and Chief Operating Officer
Tom manages all contractual, legal and financial aspects of Image Impact and its affiliated companies. Tom has been integral to developing client relationships in the early growth phases of Image Impact. He has a vast history with producing live events through past experiences with sister company RCA Group dealing with production of such events as the AND 1 Mix Tape Tour and Davis Cup tennis, the sponsorship branding fulfillment of ESPN's Summer and Winter X Games and is a member of the International Association of Arena Managers.

Mike Baron
Vice President, Business Development and Sales
Mike joins the Image Impact team after serving as the Director of Brand Licensing and Business Development for 20th Century Fox's Licensing and Merchandising Division. In over a decade in the industry, Mike has worked on major initiatives for Fox Sports with such properties as NASCAR, MLB, the NFL, Speed Channel and FoxSports.com. Mike also previously founded his own apparel merchandising company Eidolon Global Ltd.
